Sealed bids, submitted in accordance with the Invitation for Bids for Furnish and Install Hardwired Smoke Detectors at Various Housing Authority Properties, 5% bid security is required. This is a federally-assisted project, and is therefore subject to the Copeland Antikickback Act, the Davis-Bacon Act, the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, and Executive Order 11246 (Equal Employment Opportunity), all as amended and supplemented in Department of Labor regulations. Furnish all materials, labor, equipment and services needed to add hardwired smoke alarms in bedrooms, to meet code, at various Housing Authority properties per attached specifications and Housing Authority documents.
