Renovation of a municipal facility in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
In general, the work consists of the replacement of the existing two multi-zone air handlers, four relief air fans and two exhaust fans. In the Mechanical Room, all ductwork will be replaced, dampers replaced/added, and building ductwork cleaned. Supporting electrical work includes the replacement of the existing 1600A 277/480v, 3-phase service, etc. General construction work will be required to create a new opening in the foundation (basement) wall to remove demolished equipment/materials and to deliver the new units. Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted. Base Bid will be received for: A single lump sum bid for All Work. All potential bidders must be certified by DOA prior to submitting bids on state construction projects over $50,000.
