Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Devens, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of the influent screen, installation of a new screenings wash press, construction of a new canopy structure, and building systems upgrades at the Main Wastewater Pumping Station's Screening Building. The estimated cost of the project is $2.75M. Including women-owned and minority-owned contractors. This project is subject to Massachusetts prevailing wage laws. MassDevelopment reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Award of a contract for the work contemplated by the IFB will be subject to the approval of MassDevelopment's Board of Directors. The project delivery method will be design-bid-build.
