MassDevelopment is seeking the services of a qualified engineering firm to provide design and engineering services for the design, construction management, and commissioning necessary for the expansion of the 69/13.8kV substation at 111 Hospital Road in Devens,Massachusetts Services shall include but not be limited to the preparation of above and below grade plans, control and protection plans, specifications for the procurement of substation equipment, and technical evaluation of vendor responses. All questions must be submitted in writing by email and received on or before 2PM on January 17, 2022 MassDevelopment encourages all qualified engineering firms to submit proposals, including women-owned and minority-owned firms Award of the contract for the work contemplated by the RFQ may be subject to the approval of MassDevelopments Board of Directors.
