The City of Naperville Water Utilities is accepting bids from authorized vendors to provide testing and repair or replacement services for large-diameter (1-1/2" and larger) water meters located on the premises of both commercial and residential utility customers, including the testing and repair of 3" rental hydrant meters and the attached 2" backflow devices located at Water Service Center.
