Renovation of a medical facility in Windsor, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Work of this Contract comprises but not limited to replacement of medical air system located at Windsor Regional Hospital - Ouellette Campus. Division of the Work among other contractors is solely the Contractor's responsibility. Neither the Owner nor Consultant assumes any responsibility to act as an arbiter to establish subcontract terms between sectors or disciplines of work. Demonstrate scheduled operation and maintenance of equipment to Owner's personnel two weeks prior to date of final inspection. Owner will provide list of personnel to receive instructions, and will coordinate their attendance at agreed-upon times.
