The Delaware County Information Technology Department, or DCIT, seeks to identify and obtain an Audio-Video Services Provider (hereafter known as The Vendor) who will provide support, repair, maintenance, design and installation services for the integrated/installed audio-visual(AV) systems and equipment at the Yeadon Wellness Center. The services will comprise of ongoing routine and preventative maintenance services, assessment, repair and replacement services, design and installation services, and reporting services. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 12/10/2021 5:00 PM A BID BOND will be required in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid drawn to the order of the County of Delaware. The period of performance of this contract shall consist of (2) month base period for equipment installation plus a one-ear base period for service and four (4) possible 12-month option periods. Continued funding is contingent upon an acceptable level of performance Telephone inquiries will not be entertained. DCHD anticipates awarding the contract for a two-month base year period (the estimated time period of equipment installation). A one-year contract for service will be awarded with the potential of four consecutive one-year option terms then will run 12-months each, and may only be exercised at the sole discretion of DCIT. Bidders should present options for service in their proposals. The Delaware County Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof and to determine whether the quality and type of equipment and/or service to be furnished meet the requirements for which it is intended. They further reserve the right to insist or waive any technicalities required for the best interest of the County and to consider competency and responsibility of the bidder before the award of the contract and award bids accordingly. questions due date has been extended to 12/15/21.
