All bids must be accompanied by a statement of Non-Collusion in accordance with Section 103-d of the General Municipal law, as amended. Bids must be submitted on official forms and in sealed envelopes and shall bear on the face thereof the name and address of the bidder, designation of the Bid Item(s) as specified above and "Village of Kiryas Joel". The Village reserves the right to reject any/or all bids and to readvertise for new bids. Bids shall be awarded in accordance with General Municipal Law Sect. 103.
