Monroe NY 10950 1. The Kiryas Joel School District is seeking a company to install sinks, faucets, bottle fillers, toilet seats, flushers and holders, throughout the public school building. 2. The location where the work will be performed is: a. Kiryas Joel Public School ("PS") 1 Dinev Road Monroe New York 10950 845-782-7510 A. Scope of Work 1. Plumbing - labor and material to install: a. 45 sinks and faucets b. 39 toilet flushers c. 5 bottle fillers d. 39 toilet paper holders e. All fixtures will be supplied by the school district. f. Second shift work, paid at prevailing wage. 2. Electrical - labor and material to provide: a. Power for 45 sinks b. Power for 5 bottle fillers c. Flush meters are battery powered - power is not required d. Second shift work, paid at prevailing wage 3. Sheetrocking - labor and materials to provide: a. Patch, frame and finish existing drinking fountain openings at five (5) locations following installation of smaller drinking fountains b. Includes studs, gypsum board, wood blocking and FRP to match existing walls c. Second shift work, paid at prevailing wage.
