As of January 27, 2022, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. All bids must be accompanied by a statement of Non-Collusion in accordance with Section 103-d of the General Municipal law, as amended. Bids must be submitted on official forms and in sealed envelopes and shall bear on the face thereof the name and address of the bidder, designation of the Bid Item(s) as specified above and "Village of Kiryas Joel". The Village reserves the right to reject any/or all bids and to readvertise for new bids. Bids shall be awarded in accordance with General Municipal Law Sect. 103. Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: furnish and install all exterior doors and windows to meet the exact specification as set forth in the plans and specs referenced above for the proposed new Courthouse Facility being constructed at 50 Bakertown Road in the Village of Kiryas Joel. FIRST FLOOR WINDOWS shall be Level #1 UL 752-BULLET RESISTANT GLASS with aluminum frames. SECOND FLOOR WINDOWS shall be 1" insulated clear tempered glass with aluminum frames. *All Windows shall be stationary. EXTERIOR DOORS shall be Framed Aluminum Doors (96" H), with Level #1 UL 752-BULLET RESISTANT GLASS All work is expected to comply with government and industry accepted standards. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
