Lane County is soliciting quotes from qualified contractors to perform on-call construction services for various trades including General Trades, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Roofing, Audio/Video, Abatement, Painting, Glazing, and Flooring. The County will award up to three (3) annual contracts for each trade area which may be renewed up to four (4) additional one-year periods. Effective Date. Upon the signature of all parties, this Contract is effective January 1, 2022 Performance and Payment Bonds. The Contractor may be required to provide 100% performance and payment bonds in accordance with ORS 279C.380. No separate payment is due to Contractor for such bonds. Duration: Unless extended or terminated earlier in accordance with its terms, this Contract will terminate December 30, 2022. However, such expiration shall not extinguish or prejudice either party's right to enforce this Contract with respect to any breach or default in performance which has not been cured.
