The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any proposals. All bid prices shall be valid for a minimum of 180 days after the date of the E-Rate 2022 Funding Commitment Decision Letter. It shall be mandatory upon the Contractor to whom the contract is awarded, and upon any subcontractor under him, to pay not less than the said specified rates to all workers employed by them in the execution of the contract.No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening of proposal. Proposals will be awarded as specified in the bid instructions and conditions.
