The Cordova Recreation & Park District (hereinafter referred to as the District) is requesting proposals from qualified professionals and/or firms (hereinafter referred to as the Contractor) to provide and install parking lot gates at multiple locations throughout the District. Deliverables shall meet ADA (Americans with Disabilities) standards and be in compliance with all state and local codes and applicable regulations. Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining and all required permits, including but not limited to, plans, inspections and permit from Sacramento Metropolitan Fire, Contractor will be responsible for contacting local utility providers before digging, and follow any additional guidelines provided by said utility provider. The contractor shall provide all necessary personal equipment, supplies and labor necessary to safely complete the project(s). Contractor shall furnish deliverables of the below standard per location listed. 1. Site 1: Hagan Community Park - 2197 Chase Drive, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670 1.1. Total of four (4) steel pipe gates 1.2. All four (4) gates and latch posts must be powder coated yellow, have U-bolts welded on so that they can be locked in the open and closed position with a chain and posts must be filled with concrete to prevent damage if hit by cars 1.2.1. One (1) 24' wide single swing pipe gate at main entrance of parking lot 1.2.1.1. Main gate must have 6-5/8" outside diameter (O.D.) posts for gates and latch posts 1.2.2. Three (3) 20' wide single swing pipe gates at side entrances of main parking lot 1.2.2.1. Gates are to include 4-1/2" O.D. posts for the gates and latch posts 2. Site 2: Mather Sports Complex - 3755 Schriever Avenue, Mather, CA 95655 2.1. Total of two (2) steel double pipe gates 2.2. One (1) 13' linear foot ornamental iron fence 2.3. One (1) 25' wide double swing gate to match ornamental iron fence; see Exhibit B 2.4. Both double pipe gates must have 2-7/8" O.D., powder coated yellow, have U-bolts welded on so that they can be locked in the open and closed position with a chain and posts must be filled with concrete to prevent damage if hit by cars. 2.4.1.1. One (1) 28' wide double pipe gate at complex parking lot entrance 2.4.1.2. One (1) 30' wide double pipe gate at complex parking lot entrance 2.4.1.3. One (1) approximately 13 linear foot fence and one (1) 25' wide double swing gate to match existing custom ornamental iron fence at soccer field parking lot entrance 3. Site 3: Stonecreek Community Park - 3625 Spoto Drive, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670 o Total of two (2) steel double pipe gates at parking lot entrances o Both double pipe gates pipe gates must have 2-7/8" O.D., powder coated yellow, have Ubolts welded on so that they can be locked in the open and closed position with a chain and posts must be filled with concrete to prevent damage if hit by cars.
