This renovation project consists of upgrading the existing 1.5T MRI to a 3T MRI within the existing Imaging Suite as well as remodel the following areas within the suite: Radiology Reading Room, MRI Scan Room, MRI Control Area, Patient Holding Area, Electrical and Data Room, Patient Dressing Area, Waiting Room, and Reception Area. The project also includes the replacement of an existing chiller on the Plaza Level (P8) which serves the Imaging Suite. ANTICIPATED CONTRACT VALUE: $3,500,000.00 MAXIMUM ANTICIPATED CONTRACT VALUE: $5,000,000.00 Bid Security in the amount of 10% of the Anticipated Contract Amount shall accompany each Bid. The surety issuing the Bid Bond shall be, on the Bid Deadline, an admitted surety insurer (as defined in California Code of Civil Procedure Section 995.120). The successful Bidder and its subcontractors will be required to follow the nondiscrimination requirements set forth in the Bidding Documents and to pay prevailing wage rates at the location of the work.
