Prior to demolition, project will include abatement and removal of hazardous materials as documented in ACC Environmental Consultant report dated December 2, 2020. Structures will be demolished, and the site will be left in a safe, clean condition. Demolition and clearing of the site will produce building materials to be recycled for backfill, site stabilization and architectural reuse in other District properties. If electronic package is larger than maximum size, Bidder is responsible to deliver a download link before deadline, wherein required submittal materials can be successfully downloaded. Bidder is responsible for the successful download of all material. Each Bidder will receive a confirmation that the submission has been received.
