Demo and remove existing mini split system including all line sets, electrical connections, EPA approved Freon collection, and all other work needed to complete demo. Install three (3) new 12,000 BTU ductless wall mounted heat pump mini split indoor units for use in multi-zone systems (Mitsubishi model: MSZ-GL12NA-U1 or approved equal) with a remote control for each unit in approximate locations as noted on marked drawing. Install one (1) new 36,000 BTU, 16 SEER, 4 Zone Outdoor Heat Pump Unit (Mitsubishi model: MXZ-4C36NA2-U1 or approved equal) on a new exterior precast heat pump / condensor pad in location as noted on marked drawing Work to include all labor and materials including, but not limited to, new refrigerant line sets, duct pipe coverings, condensate drains, electrical wiring, insulation, refridgerant, startup and testing PROJECT ADDRESS: 1840 Iyannough Road Hyannis Ma 02601
