All sewer main open cut point repairs shall be completed prior to CIPP lining of the sewer segment. 2. Open cut service lateral connection repairs located within a sewer main open cut point repair shall be performed at the same time and as part of the open cut point repair. 3. All open cut service lateral connection repairs (not part of a sewer main open cut point repair) and CIPP service lateral connection repairs shall be performed after CIPP lining of the sewer main. 4. Infiltration that will impact lining shall be grouted prior to CIPP lining of the sewer segment. 5. If a service lateral is replaced as part of a sewer main open cut point repair and prior to CIPP lining, the service lateral shall be CIPP lined following CIPP lining of the sewer main. The liner installed shall be a short liner (18-inches) no matter if the service is within the R/W or easement. 6. Where an active service lateral falls within a CIPP patch, the lateral shall be reinstated and a CIPP service lateral liner installed manholes receiving rehabilitation or replacement: 1. Contractor shall perform the necessary cleaning of manholes scheduled for rehabilitation work in the Manhole Rehabilitation Schedule. 2. Manhole frame and cover replacement shall be performed prior to cementitious lining of manholes. 3. Grouting of infiltration shall be performed prior to cementitious lining of manholes. 4. Where noted, Antibacterial Admixture and color tinting shall be added to cementitious lining prior to application in accordance with manufacturer's instructions. 5. Where noted, Corrosion Resistant Top Coat/Epoxy will be applied after surface preparation as specified in Section 03363. 6. Engineer will select cementitious lined manholes for vacuum testing inspection at random in accordance with Section 02702. 7. Pipe End Seal Liners shall not be installed until approved by Engineer. If pipe end seal liners are approved, all non-rehabilitated pipe including outside drops shall receive a pipe end seal liner The Contractor shall provide all concrete work, excavations, cleanup and restoration as required to complete the concrete construction
