Project will be re-bid at a later date.** Bids for a designed and installed access gate systems for drying beds; a new SCADA system for the public water system; a new 25,000 gallon groundwter storage tank; and installation and connection of pertinent plubming to a new 25,000 gallon groundwater storage tank and to existing connections for TxCDBG Contract Number 7220209 BID 1 Bids are invited for - Installation, design and construction for replacement gates on the existitng drying beds located at the City wastewater plant. BID 2 Bids are invited for - Development, installation and verification of SCADA system for City of Iredell water system. BID 3 Bids are invited for - New 25,000 gallon groundwater storage tank to include transportation and unloading at location. BID 4 Bids are invited for - Installation of replacement plumbing within the water tank site and connection to existing system and new 25,000 gallon ground water tank. A bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid [for those contracts that exceed $100,000]. A certified check or bank draft payable to the City of Iredell or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. Attention is called to the fact that not less than, the federally determined prevailing (Davis-Bacon and Related Acts) wage rate, as issued by the Texas Department of Agriculture Office of Rural Affairs and contained in the contract documents, must be paid on this project. In addition, the successful bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual identity, gender identity, or national origin.
