Materials and labor required to construct improvements at the intersection of West Avenue and Noroton Avenue in Darien, CT in accordance with specifications in the attached bid document. If it becomes necessary to revise any part of this request or if additional data is necessary to enable interpretation of provisions of this document, revisions or addenda will be posted electronically. A summary of all questions and answers will also be available on the website if such questions and answers might influence the award of the contract. This contract is subject to state set-aside and contract compliance requirements The minimum rates to be paid for labor of the various classifications shall be in accordance with the current schedule of wages established by the State Labor Commissioned as provided in the General Statutes of Connecticut, as revised. The Contract Wage Certification Form is to be submitted to the Labor Commissioner before the award of the contract. The Town of Darien reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities
