The Hindley, Holmes and Royle Building Committee (HHRBC) is seeking bids on Phase I Electrical Procurement - Switchgear & Electrical Distribution Equipment, for each elementary school as part of the renovation of all three schools (the "Project"). 1.01 - Switchgear & Electrical Distribution Equipment Purchase All bid proposals shall be sent electronically and must be received prior to the close of the bid period. Technical questions, specific questions regarding bidding procedures, project scope and site visits, as well as questions regarding Addenda, or to confirm the bid date, may be directed to Lorel Purcell of O&G/AP Industries, Inc. The Owner or its Designee reserves the right to reject any or all bids, without stating reasons therefor, including without limitation the right to reject any or all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids and to reject the bid of any bidder if the Owner or its Designee believes that it would not be in the best interest of the Owner or the project to make an award to that bidder, whether because the bid is not responsive or the bidder is unqualified or of doubtful financial ability or fails to meet any other pertinent standard or criteria established by the Owner or its Designee. The Owner or its Designee reserves the right to waive informalities and to negotiate contract terms with one or more bidders without reopening the bidding process insofar as such negotiations are not violative of applicable competitive bidding statutes or law.
