Custom BT ELECTRICAL - BRONDER TECHNICAL SERVICES - $3,382,700.00 HVAC - GUYS MECHANICAL - $9,098,000.00 PLUMBING - SSM INDUSTRIES - $3,068,000.00 GENERAL - HUDSON COMPANIES - $16,732,000.00 The Environmental Compliance Facility (ECF) is a three story building which is being constructed to replace laboratory and office space which will be lost to expansion of the primary sedimentation tanks. The first floor will house ALCOSAN's Laboratory, and the second floor will house the Environmental Compliance, Residuals and Industrial Waste departments. The third floor will house the Communications and Municipal Relations Departments, which will relocate from the Operations and Maintenance building. General, Electrical, HVAC and Plumbing contracts are anticipated. Bid Security shall be furnished by providing with the Bid a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Bid Price.
