Renovation of a municipal facility in Oak Park, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Village of Oak Park will receive bids from qualified plumbing contractors to repair the oil & water separator in the lower level of the Public Works Center The Village Board of Trustees reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or to waive technicalities, or to accept any item of any bid. Do not detach any portion of this document. Upon formal award to the successful bidder, a written agreement will be executed for the project in substantially the form attached. The Village is seeking bids from qualified plumbing contractors to repair the oil & water separator in the lower level of the Public Works Center, and to rod out several trench trains in the lower level of the Public Works Center. Additional work items may include, but are not limited to, replacement of damaged drain pipes and drain covers and rodding out drain pipes on the main level of the Public Works Center Completion- August 26th, 2022
