Site work for a civil project in Newton, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project generally consists of the removal of approximately 500 linear feet of existing dual 24 diameter rcp stormwater pipes and replacing with a new single 60 diameter rcp stormwater pipe and related endwalls, manholes, temporary erosion control, and permanent stabilization. The City of Newton's current goal for minority participation for public building construction is five percent (5%).
