Site work and outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot in North Canton, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This lighting project consists of a bid made up of the construction of six(6) new 12' LED post type lights and new LED lighting for the community center parking lot which includes the removal of existing fixtures and bases. The base bid Engineer's Estimate for the project is: $80,837.50 Beginning December 2, 2021, Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty, in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Each bidder shall submit either a Bid Guaranty bond in the amount of 100%, OR a certified check in the amount of 10% of the proposal, made payable to the CITY OF GREEN. Green Council reserves the right to accept and/or reject any or all bids. The bid guaranty must be submitted electronically on Bid Express and the original document must be submitted to the City of Green before the time of the bid opening. Bid guaranty bonds or checks may be forwarded by registered mail addressed to the City of Green, Attention Finance Director (Bid Guaranty Enclosed), P.O. Box 278, Green, Ohio 44232-0278: or hand-carried and deposited at the Office of the Finance Director, City Administration Building, 1755 Town Park Blvd., Uniontown, Ohio 44865.
