Saving Project...

Renovation of a fire / police facility in Port Orange, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

For general demolition, hazardous material remediation, HVAC cleaning, water extraction and remediation of the Police Department building located at 4545 S Clyde Morris Blvd, Port Orange, FL 32129. All questions shall be directed in writing to the Buyer, Joseph Castro, jcastro@port-orange.org or purchdiv@port-orange.org and reference "Questions on ITB #21-17 POLICE DEPARTMENT DUCT/HVAC MOLD REMEDIATION " in the subject line. Last day for questions will be, December 16, 2021 at 5:00 P.M. RFIs submitted by the posted deadline (December 16th) will be answered with Addendum # 3 to be issued on or about January 3, 2022. If this Solicitation requires submission of bid guarantee and performance bonds, there will be a separate page explaining those requirements. Responses submitted without the required bid bond or certified check shall be deemed non-responsive. When the Purchasing Manager deems it necessary, bid bonds/deposits shall be prescribed and are advertised in the public notices inviting bids. Normally, if a bid bond/deposit is requested, it is in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount. Payment and Performance Bonds requested for construction projects shall be in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract amount. The City of Port Orange reservesthe right to reject any or all Bids or parts of Bids, if it is in the best interest of the City
