Enquiries related to this ITQ, including any requests for information or clarification may only be directed in writing to procurement@gov.bc.ca. Procurement Services will respond if time permits before the Closing Time. Information obtained from any other source is not official and should not be relied upon. Enquiries and any responses providing new information will be recorded and posted to BC Bid or otherwise distributed to prospective Bidders. All goods and services must be received and invoiced on or before March 15, 2022. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the purchase order. Products to be manufactured according to BC Parks Facility Standards, Drawings and Specifications # E-3-3. Please see Supplier Attachment for details. Vendor to provide 48 hours' notice prior to delivery. Delivery to occur during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00 pm. Location: BC Parks and Conservation Officer Service Division, 1259 Dalhousie Drive, Kamloops BC V2C 5Z5 Vendor is responsible for off-loading at delivery location(s). Delivery truck must be equipped to unload material. No facilities or staff on-site to assist with off-loading. Supplier must coordinate delivery date and time with Ministry contact.
