This solicitation is for the removal and replacement of the existing metal roof, capping, gable trim,edging, and vent boots for the roof located at Spring Bayou Wildlife Management Area, 2628 SpringBayou Road, Marksville, LA 71351. The job is to be performed in accordance with the enclosed scopeof work and specifications. To remove the existing metal roofing, capping, gable trim, edging, and vent boots and install new twenty-six (26) Gauge PBR (Purlin Bearing R)-Panel roofing with new capping, gable trim, edging, and vent boots for the Spring Bayou Wildlife Management Area. Requirements: o Labor and material to remove old metal, capping, gable trim and edging from existing roof. Install new twenty-six (26) gauge PBR (Purlin Bearing R)-panel metal roof using existing sheet dimensions o Install new capping. Color to match existing o Install new gable trim. Color to match existing o Install new roof edging. Color to match existing o Install vent boots over existing pipes in roof. o Forty (40) year color manufacture warranty. Color of roof and trim shall match existing sheeting and trim color. o Clean up and haul trash away. The State of Louisiana Reserves the Right to Award Items Separately, Grouped or on an All-or-none Basis and to Reject Any or All Bids and Waive Any Informalities.
