Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Marksville, Louisiana. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 6,300-square-foot multi-residential development; 1,500-square-foot residential development; for site work for a multi-residential development; and residential development.
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified Architectural Firms interested in provided the Tunica-Biloxi Tribe of Louisiana with architectural design services to prepare designs, plans and specifications for construction of a Housing Facility. The project is located on the Tunica-Biloxi Reservation in Marksville, LA. Construction will comprise of a 1,500 square foot Administration Building and a 6,300 square foot Apartment Complex to include six apartment units/three duplexes. All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope and have original signature and date.
