Sealed Bids will be received by the West Morris Regional High School District, Morris County, New Jersey, for the ROOF RENOVATIONS at the WEST MORRIS CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL, 259 Bartley Road, Chester, New Jersey, together with all work incidental thereto, in accordance with the Requirements of the Drawings and Specifications prepared by GIANFORCARO ARCHITECTS, ENGINEERS & PLANNERS, 555 EAST MAIN STREET, SUITE 1, CHESTER, NEW JERSEY 07930 (GAEP). No documents shall be mailed. Pursuant to N.J.S.A, 18A:18A-26, Bidders must be classified by the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction, to perform the work specified and must comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31, et seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48, et seq. bidders and their subcontractors are required to be registered with the New Jersey Department of Labor and to possess a current Certificate by said department indicating compliance prior to the time and date that bids are received. All questions for the purpose of clarifying specific information concerning the Project must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on December 8, 2021 to Project Engineer, Anthony Gianforcaro at GAEP, via Facsimile: 908 879-8505, or mail at the address listed above in order that a final addendum may be issued on or about December 10, 2021.
