The Contractor shall provide professional design services to upgrade the existing portion of Hermon Rd and extend Hermon Rd north to the Palmer-Wasilla Highway and add travel and turn lanes, shoulders, pedestrian and bicycle facilities, drainage, safety, and roadside hardware features. Services are anticipated to include the following: Environmental Activities, Survey, Hydrologic and Hydraulic Design, Traffic and Safety Analysis, Design Study Report, Public Involvement, Plans Specifications and Engineer's Estimate, Assistance During Bidding, Assistance with Design Project Closeout, and Assistance During Construction. Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately March 2022 to October 2026. Cost of these professional services is expected to be $1,000,000 or greater.
