Renovation of a fire / police facility in Wasilla, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Station 7-2 Painting The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is requesting bids from interested contractors to refinish the exterior on Station 7-2, the exterior surfaces of the Station is T-11 with cedar trim. The facility was originally finished with stain. In addition to refinishing the Station the T-11 on the station has buckling in several locations that need to be re-secured around the metal to flatten out the siding surface. Exterior color schemes will include walls, doors, door and window frames and trim, soffits (if any). Fascia on this this facility is metal and will not be painted under this contract.
