Other improvements include signing, striping, drainage, dig outs, curb ramps, roadside hardware, and utility relocation. Services are anticipated to include Design Study Report (DSR), Public Involvement, Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (ESCP), Assistance during Bidding, Assistance with Design Project Closeout, and Assistance during Construction. A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately April 2022 to December 2024. Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $250,000 to $500,000. The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available January 24, 2022, and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue in Anchorage, AK.
