As of 01/14/2022 Awarded with $57,646.14 Ward Street Sanitary Sewer Extension Town of Baileys Harbor Notice is hereby given by the Town of Baileys Harbor that they will receive sealed bids for the construction work listed above. The work includes all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the construction of approximately the following quantities: 170 lineal feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer 9.47 vertical feet of manhole 190 lineal feet of rock excavation Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check, money order or bidders bond for an amount equal to at least 5 percent (%) of the total bid, made payable to the Town of Baileys Harbor, such guarantee to be forfeited should the successful bidder fail to enter into the contract. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each in an amount not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The Town of Baileys Harbor reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in bidding and award a contract in their best interest. No bid may be withdrawn after opening bids without the consent of the Owner for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled time of bid opening.
