**As of April 14, 2022 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award is not yet established. The City of Santa Clara Department of Public Works Traffic Division (hereinafter "City") is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to upgrade or replace its Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS) to enhance management, monitoring, and control of the City's signalized intersections. As part of this Request for Proposals (RFP), the City is also seeking an Adaptive Traffic Control System (ATCS) that is fully integrated with the proposed ATMS. This project includes the provision of an Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS) with Adaptive Traffic Control System (ATCS) (hereinafter collectively referred to as "System") to enhance management, monitoring, and control of the signalized intersections in the City of Santa Clara. Contract duration:3 years Contract renewal:7 annual renewals Deadline for Questions and Objections January 3, 2022 at 1:00 PM PST.Questions pertaining to this RFP should be submitted electronically.Please submit all questions by the deadline.The City will provide a written response to all pertinent questions in the form of an Addendum.
