Location- 7900 Highway 76, Pendleton, SC 29670 1. Base Bid: Scope of work includes roof recovery of the existing low sloped roof system for approximately 8 roofing squares as indicated on drawing sheets. Roof recovery includes preparation as required by the Roofing Manufacturer of the existing roof system to receive the installation of mechanically attached (not to penetrate through the existing roof deck) 1/4 " inch tapered roof insulation with a 1" inch start thickness at the roof edge, and installation of a fully adhered thermoplastic PVC / KEE roof assembly. All new sheet metal items associated with the installation of the new roof assembly are required. 2. Alternate No. 1: Scope of work includes roof recovery of the existing low sloped roof system for approximately 8 roofing squares as indicated on drawing sheets. Roof recovery includes preparation as required by the Roofing Manufacturer of the existing roof system to receive the installation of a fully adhered fleece-back thermoplastic PVC / KEE roof assembly. All new sheet metal items associated with the installation of the new roof assembly are required as shown on the drawing details. The existing gutter system will remain and be cleaned of all debris will all sheet metal laps properly sealed to be watertight. 3. Alternate No. 2: Scope of work includes Scope of work includes the bottom of the roof deck and all metal canopy framing will be painted. Preparation, priming and two coats of exterior industrial paint. Color will be determined by the Owner.
