The Work is to be done under this Contract, as shown on the Contract plans and described herein shall include the furnishings and complete installation of all materials and any other necessary Work required for proper completion, operation and use of the facilities. All the equipment, materials and labor that may be necessary to complete the Work and place it in satisfactory operation, implied or intended in the written Specifications and Drawings for the 2022 GROSCHE FIELD BACKSTOP INSTALLATION, shall be furnished and/or installed without extra cost to the Owner.
