Renovation of a municipal facility in Waukegan, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
DHS seeking to procure the replacement of 2 fire hydrants at the Kiley Center located at 1401 W. Dugdale Rd, Waukegan, IL. Provide Materials, Labor and Equipment to Replace Two Fire Hydrants and Associated Piping and Apparatus---Excavate, remove and properly dispose of existing hydrants and associated piping, at sites indicated by Facility.---Replace with new hydrant and associated piping---Test operate hydrate in accordance with NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) Standard 25 (Standard for Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance of Water-Based Fire Protection Systems----Hydrant, associated piping, installation procedures, and testing shall be in accordance with local codes and NFPA standards and procedures---Restore disturbed landscaping and pavement resulting from hydrant replacements to original condition. See RFQ for specification of the job, and contract to end 06/30/2022.**NO SUB-CONTRACTING**ATTACH PLUMBING LICENSE WITH BID** Work must be completed by 30 June 2022.
