PUBLIC WORKS PROJECT IDENTIFYING NUMBER CL-2022-06 Southern Nevada Water Authority invites qualified firms (Bidders) to submit Bids for the following Work.The Work consists of the modification of overflow piping from Reg Tank 6 to include surveying, potholing, demolition, replacement, and additions to the current overflow piping system onsite. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents and Contract Documents shall be submitted to Owner electronically.e. Questions submitted less than 5 Days prior to the Bid opening date may not be answered The Contractor will be required to furnish a Construction Performance Bond and a Construction Payment Bond as security for faithful performance and payment of all bills and obligations arising from the performance of the Contract in accordance with Chapter 339 of the NRS.
