Saving Project...

Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Pleasant Hill, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Removal and replacement of carpet and epoxy flooring, wall base, and painting at Pleasant Hill Primary School, Pleasant Hill Elementary School, and Pleasant Hill High School. Track repair and resurfacing and Eklund Field. Time is of the essence for this Project. Bidders shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall achieve Substantial Completion as set forth: must be completed by the dates indicated below: Substantial Completion: Friday, July 8, 2022. Final Completion: Friday, July 22, 2022. All bidders are strongly encouraged to tour the site of building demolition to review the scope of demolition and salvage as indicated per specification. All questions after and during individual site tours shall be directed to architect in writing, and answers will be distributed to all bidders.
