Site work for a water / sewer project in Concord, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of February 7, 2022, project was awarded but no amount indicated. The wells will be installed in Concord, Franklin and Colebrook, New Hampshire to replace existing monitoring wells that are part of the New Hampshire Groundwater Level Monitoring Network. Bidders must hold a current license issued by the New Hampshire Water Well Board. The preferred methods for monitoring well installation will be using 4-1/4-inch Hollow Stem Augers. Final depths for each groundwater monitoring well are anticipated to be: Concord to a depth of 40 feet below ground surface (bgs), Franklin to a depth of 50 feet bgs, and Colebrook to a depth of 50 feet bgs. Groundwater monitoring wells are to be constructed with schedule 40, 2-inch PVC riser and well screen. A steel well protective casing will be installed and cemented at the ground surface to protect each well. Once installed, each well will be pumped to develop the well filter pack and remove fine sediments from the well. The types of services required under this AGREEMENT shall be MONITORING WELL INSTALLATION and MONITORING WELL DECOMMISSIONING, as defined herein, which the DEPARTMENT may require until the completion date of this AGREEMENT. The work sites for this project are located in Concord, Franklin, and Colebrook, New Hampshire. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
