Everett Arena Refrigeration System Upgrades The City of Concord, New Hampshire seeks to engage the services of a private qualified firm to upgrade the refrigeration system at the Douglas N. Everett Arena. Each firm submitting a proposal must be lawfully engaged in the service of installing and servicing refrigeration systems in the State of New Hampshire and be in good standing. Base Bid. Requires the contractor to pump down, remove and properly dispose of the refrigeration system ammonia charge. Disconnect, remove and properly dispose of the two existing compressor packages including associated electrical components, motor starters, piping, valves, fittings, oil and other miscellaneous system components. Repair existing compressor concrete inertia bases as needed. Install two new Mycom model N4WBHE reciprocating compressor packages with associated electrical components, motor starters, piping, valves, fittings and other associated system components required to provide a new and fully functional system as generally described in these bid documents. Provide and install new refrigeration system ammonia charge. The contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, supervision and start-up assistance. ADD ALTERNATE #1 Disconnect, remove and properly dispose of existing evaporative condenser including associated electrical components, motor starters, piping, valves, fittings and other miscellaneous system components. Refurbish existing condenser steel support frame as needed. Install new EVAPCO model LSC-170E evaporative condenser with associated electrical components, fan motor VFD, piping, valves, fittings and other associated system components required to provide a new and fully functional system as generally described in these bid documents. The contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, supervision and start-up assistance.
