Marion County Office of the County Engineer is seeking qualified bidders to reclaim/overlay the existing pavement, construct side street and driveway aprons, add cross drain end treatments, sod shoulders, and re-stripe the pavement markings. Reclaiming portion of the road, not all of it - resurface part of it also. The first part there is going to be resurface from SW 60th up to the new SW 49th Avenue intersection. From SW 49th Ave intersection to SW 80th Ave will be the reclaim portion. There will be a brand new road portion which will be skipped over. There will be some cross-train extensions and there will be some side street and driveway aprons as well. Sod will be added. There will not be any asphalt allowances due to increase in cost due to time frame and limited amount of asphalt used. The As-Builts are required - will need on the roadway as well as the pipe extensions and MES's. Pipe Extensions will need to be graded out, and ensure no ponding on side street aprons.
