Bidder agrees that the Work will be substantially completed within one hundred ten (110) days of issued Notice to Proceed (NTP), and completed and ready for final payment within ten (10) days after substantial completion. This project consists of the abandonment of the existing wastewater treatment package plant, the upgrade of the existing lift station, and the construction of the sanitary sewer connection for the Saddle Oak Club Mobile Home Park at 6045 SW 55th Rd. Construction is within the mobile home park property as shown on the plan set by the Project Boundary in Exhibit C - Plan Set.
