Contractor acknowledges that all items within this scope and as indicated in the bid documents shall be performed with care, skill, and diligence, consistent with or above applicable professional standards currently recognized in its profession. Contractor shall have superior knowledge with respect to HVAC systems in this application. Contractor's skill and judgment in providing a complete scope for the HVAC work described in the Bid Documents. Contractor shall meet or exceed the requirements listed below and all work shall adhere to the quality control standards as outlined in bid documents, manufacture's product specifications and latest local, state, and federal requirements. It is agreed that quality materials and workmanship are an integral part of this agreement and that only the highest quality standards are considered acceptable. Provide all supervision, labor, equipment, supplies, materials, and customary inclusions for the HVAC system per the bid documents. It is agreed that regardless of whether in bid documents or specifications, all labor, equipment, materials, and insurance is to be provided in accordance with all local, state and federal municipalities. All products are to be approved for use in this facility. Marion County Facilities Management is seeking bids to replace the current HVAC system in Fire Station #12. The cost is to include installation, coordination, training, and implementation of the HVAC system with Facilities Management and Fire Rescue Department.
