Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Ocala, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool; and for site work for a swimming pool.
Marion County MSTU is seeking bids from qualified and experienced contractors for a complete resurfacing of a pool and spa for its Silver Springs Community Center. The quote is for the prep work and installation of a new Marcite style pool/spa surface. Work includes all prep work, permitting and resurfacing acceptable to the Board of County Commissioners; or a Cashier's Check (Bid Security) payable to the Marion County Board of County Commissioners in the total amount of five percent (5%) of the total base bid amount shall accompany any bid. A Bid Bond/Bid Security constitutes a pledge by the Bidder that upon award, he will enter into a Contract with the Owner on the terms stated in his Bid. Bid securities of all bidders will be returned upon execution of contracts by the awarded vendor Question Deadline 10/04/2023 at 12:00 PM ET TERM: 30 calendar days to final completion. the County reserves the right to consider any combination of the base bid plus any alternate(s) deemed necessary in order to establish the overall bid. PROJECT BUDGET/FUNDING SOURCE: $75,000
