Renovation of a municipal facility in New Orleans, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of New Orleans (City) solicits bids to obtain an electrical contractor to provide emergency electrical support on site and to various City locations and electrical equipment as directed by the New Orleans Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness (NOOHSEP) during a Declaration of Emergency issued by the Mayor. SMS Sealed bids will be received by the City of New Orleans, Department of Finance, Bureau of Purchasing, 1300 Perdido Street, Room 4W07, New Orleans, Louisiana 70112, OR Online bids will be received at website. (also through the City website select Business tab, and Online Purchasing Portal Online Bidders must attach a signed copy of the Bid Form (Attachment C), Unit Price form (if used) and corporate resolution in accordance with R.S. 38:2212(B)5. The City will not accept or consider bids delivered by fax, or by e-mail, at any other location or past the deadline. Addenda will be transmitted to all bidders who login and acknowledge download of bid documents online from the City Purchasing Portal, i.e., answer yes when downloading bid documents.
