Contact Information Shaira Resto Procurement/Contracts Manager 123 West Indiana Avenue Room 302 DeLand, FL 32720 Email: sresto@volusia.org Phone: (386) 822-5771 ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $3,047,948.71 FAN No. D522-075-B The County of Volusia, Department of Public Works, Engineering and Construction, is seeking a single, responsive and responsible bidder for the safety improvements on Turnbull Bay Road from Pioneer Trail to the FEC Railroad, approximately 2.2 miles long. Improvements include adding 5' wide paved shoulders and resurfacing the roadway, re-aligning a portion of the road, minor grading and drainage improvements, new pavement markings and signage. All proposed work will be within County owned property, ROW, and Easements. No FDOT ROW is involved. The project extends up to but not into a railroad ROW. Electrical transmission and distribution utilities are involved, they are within County ROW. Contractor needs to be FDOT prequalified in flexible paving. County has obtained the SJRWMD permit.
