Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in St Catharines, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Corporation of the City of St. Catharines is inviting prospective proponents to submit detailed and comprehensive proposals from qualified and capable Design-Build teams to provide full and complete design and all labour, materials and performance of all work necessary to construct: - Approximately 3660m, of a 3m wide multi-use trail, including off-Site reuse and disposal of surplus excavated soils/materials. - Supply and installation of trail furnishings; Benches, Waste Receptacles, Bike Rack c/w concrete pads on a gravel base, as per City Standards. - Roadway entrance gates, as per City Standards. - Assessable curb ramp improvements and sidewalk improvements. - Minor drainage improvements. as further described in the RFP documents.
