Davis Dr., Warner Robins, GA 31088 Project consists of mechanical unit replacement within the existing school, particularly Building 5030. Project cost range is approximately $500,000. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of [5] percent of the bid amount Successful bidder shall begin procuring materials on receipt of the Notice to Proceed (est. February 9, 2022) and shall complete the Work prior to August 1, 2022. Bidder shall submit with the bid form an estimated material procurement timeline along with an estimated construction timeline. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder.
