This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the City of Kamloops (the "City") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Parks Amenities, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The City requires a Contractor for the provision of Parks Amenities at City owned parks and facilities. The City anticipates an average annual spend of approximately $2,000,000 for the full-term of the resulting agreement; however the aggregate value is subject to change and unforeseen developments can result in an increase or a decrease. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of one (1) year, with four (4) options in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to one (1) year.
